We're very happy with Tony for the following reasons:

He has deep local expertise. The zoning, the neighborhood, the school districts, the ins and outs of the houses, you name it. If we had a question, he would have detailed answers. Case in point: he would predict the sell price of each house for which we bidded, and he was spot-on almost every time.

He was both patient and responsive. We could get hold of him easily either through email or phone. He didn't push us to make decisions. Instead, he provided objective analysis of pros and cons for each interesting house to us, letting us make informed decisions at our own pace.

He made the paperwork easy by leaving only the necessary fields for us to fill out, and by walking us through all the important points with concise and intuitive explanations. He also referred us to a good loan agent, who helped us close our loan quickly with good rates. (less)

Tony is a great real estate agent. He is nice, warm and patient. He is helpful and always can gave us tons of great advice and suggestion.
We were planning to buy a house at the end of 2013. After talking with several agents, we met Tony, who made us feel like we found the right person at the fist meet. After quickly knowing what kind of house we were looking for (like the price range, areas etc.) he spent 1and a half hours explaining and comparing the regions we were interested in, which was very helpful for our house hunting in the future.
In the next few months, he always accompanied us to look at open houses at the weekend and helped us bid several times.
Tony finally helped us successfully bought our first house at Sep.,2014. Both of us were very exceticed with the bidding price.( He never push us to over bid but alway stand by the buyer side.) Right now, we are still renovating our new house! :D
Have to say, Find Tony and you will never made a mistake. :) (less)

Tony just helped me sell my house in August. I relocated to Texas last year, so I was very concerned about selling my CA property remotely. It turned out to be a very smooth transaction. Tony helped me with everything including remodeling, staging, listing, inspection, negotiation, ... It's my first sale so I had no experience, and being remote made it hard, but with his experience and help the whole process became simple and easy.

During remodeling, Tony analyzed different options for me and helped me get the biggest bang for the buck. It was so easy that I wish Tony could come to Texas to help me remodel my house here.. After remodeling I couldn't recognize the house that I had lived in for 10 years, and undeniably I almost wanted to cancel the sale.

I never dreamed that my 36-year old house could be sold for over $1M, but Tony did the wonder. It is much higher above other agents' estimation. And Tony's commission is very reasonable.

Just before the sale was closed, an earthquake shook the bay area. Tony was the first one to tell me the news and he promptly went to the property and checked everything for me. It was a big relief and I truly appreciate his diligence.

All in all, Tony is a trustworthy and experienced agent. I am very glad and thankful to him. I strongly recommend him and will use him again. (less)
